TECILLI PEÑA — BEHIND THE STUDIO
A graduate of Universidad La Salle, Tecilli pursued postgraduate studies in Interior Architecture at Universidad Iberoamericana and specialized studies at the Scuola dell’Arte e Arredamento in Florence. Her work combines technical precision, an eye for design and an appreciation for handcrafted detail.
How we work
1. The conversation
Our first conversation explores your ideas, needs and plans for the property—whether you intend to live in it, rent it out or sell it.
2. The Space
Existing plans or a measured survey give us a starting point. From there, we assess the layout and learn about your preferences to guide the design.
3. The proposal
The ideas take shape in a design proposal. We present you with a detailed investment estimate, including scope and delivery date.
4. The execution
We bring the design to life, coordinating fabrication, installation and final styling in line with the agreed schedule and with close attention to detail.
